AG Orders Mortgage Foreclosure Consultants Crackdown Part Two
AG announced this week that he will be cracking down on foreclosure consultants. AG Brown also describes over 300 letters that were sent out to “mortgage foreclosures consultants” demanding they register with the office within 10 days and post the required bond; however, these 300+ letters are merely a blanket mass mailing to recipients, many of whom, do not qualify as a mortgage foreclosure consultant.
