We hired Aria & assoc. to handle my loan mod. because my neighbor, John Ernst was working there. My case was mishandled by WaMu, requesting the same documents over and over. July 2009 started a trial loan. Denied, but not informed,submitted new loan mod package. Denied in April 2010, never notified. To date NO LOAN MODIFICATION. Paid Aria $2400.00. And, requested refund. They only answered that they are still working on my behalf ! Crooks and
Criminal ! Filed with OCC today !

I have paid $2000.00 to Advocate for Fair Lending in late 2008 and they promised to save my home by setteling my home loan with mhy lender and they did nothing. They are the reason I have lost my connection with my mortgage lender and at this time I am the verge of loosing my home and my credibility.

I have a BIG problem! I have paid Aria and Associates $1800.00 to help my family with our mortgage and found out tonight that they have done nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My husband is the only one that works b/c I am disabled! We needed help and turned to these people! Someone please help us!
