Mr. Tow used money ($100K) from my mother in a “investment” that was never paid back. All attempts to contact him or have him explain what happened to the money have gone unanswered.
Can we get together to file a class action suit against the thief and crook Atty Marc Tow? It was the same thing he did to us. It was hundreds of thousands and he would not explain to us what happened to the money.
Is this site belonging to the attorney whose license was revoked due to the loan modification scam- Parsa or this Pasha is different?

Yes, they are different. This firm is Pasha Law from attorney Nasir N. Pasha. He has no affiliation with Parsa or any of his associates.
I am a victim of fraud thanks to Marc Tow/Christian Dillon..whatever his real name is. I’m facing losing my home because Marc led me to think he was on my case in helping to save my house. He instead waited until I went into foreclosure and now wants more money so I can file for Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. I don’t know what to do, but I am definitely up for some Cat and Mouse chase game. I want my money back! I want his wrongdoings to stop!

I am facing the same situation as JC. Towe has done nothing for us and it has been 1 year!!! YES, ONE YEAR!!!! We had to get very nasty with his people before we finally got a phone call from him. He now is suggesting that we file chapter 13, but of course it will cost $4000 in fees. I have no idea what we will do.

I sent many clients to Marc Tow who was recommended to me and at first seemed so personal and knowledgeable.
Every client got ripped off and in trouble as they depended on Mr. Tow.
Many were trying loan mod’s, chap 7’s and securities litigation. It didn’t make any difference the result was the same. Total Disaster. The SEC sent be a post on Mr. Tow and he is being investigated now by the State Bar.

This guy is steels your money while speaking to you in the trailer office that he has you come meet him at. He hides the cash in his belly which is in the front or back I cant tell. What a crook dont do business with this Fat Joker! I lost my home because of him.
